Cajun Boil on the Grill

All I can say about this is: yum

I found this recipe in a Taste of Home Grilling Magazine I bought. It looked delicious so I gave it a try.

I used frozen shrimp (peeled with tails on), skinless salmon fillets, fresh corn on the cobs (halved), and red potatoes. I forgot the smoked sausage and didn’t realize it until NOW! So we obviously didn’t miss it. I drizzled some olive oil on the foil, added all the ingredients, sprinkled with Old Bay and a little Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning, then covered with more foil and sealed the packets tightly. We have a Weber Q grill, a small one, so I put that on low and left the packets on for 25minutes. Then I flipped them (well, actually Allen flipped them with his man hands), for fifteen more minutes.

Perfection.  I’m definitely making these again!
