I usually serve this salsa over rice with either grilled tuna or salmon. It would probably be delicious with shrimp or chicken also!
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- a squeeze of lemon or lime juice
- 1-2 tsp sugar, depending on the sweetness and ripeness of your mango
- a squeeze of rooster sauce aka sriracha sauce
Mix all these delicious ingredients together and stick them in the fridge at least an hour before serving so they can get acquainted and make some delicious juice!
