Cinnamon Raisin Bread

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs butter
  • 4 tsp dry milk
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Add the raisins at the beep, toward the end of the kneading process.

This makes a 1lb loaf. White/Basic setting. Medium Crust color.

Delicious when toasted and buttered!
