- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbs butter
- 4 tsp dry milk
- 4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1/2 cup raisins
Add the raisins at the beep, toward the end of the kneading process.
This makes a 1lb loaf. White/Basic setting. Medium Crust color.
Delicious when toasted and buttered!
