Fantastic Crab & Artichoke Dip
- block of cream cheese (the real stuff-no non fat!)
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 jar of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 2-6oz cans of crab meat
- 2 cups of mixed cheeses (we used a cheddar jack blend)
- 3 green onions, sliced
- a splash of worcestershire
- salt and white pepper to taste
- pita chips, veggies, rye toast or tortilla chips to eat it with
Combine all those things and put it in a greased baking dish. Bake on 425* for 20-25 minutes, until hot and bubbly around the edges. Serve immediately! **This made a LOT. It was delicious but I think next time I’ll cut the recipe in half, especially if it’ll only be me and Allen enjoying it!
