Project Overload!

Lately I’ve been joining lots of Facebook groups related to RVs and campers… RV Interior Ideas, Fulltime RVers, Grand Design Owners, etc… I’m not sure it’s such a good idea because now I have a WHOLE BUNCH of things I want to do to our camper! 

From this peel and stick tile backsplash everyone’s been raving about…

  
 To this desk in the garage that I’m sort of in love with…

 I also have yet to even start on my bench covers for the garage that were inspired by this photo…

 And I have this empty spool that used to hold rope that I want to “refurbish” into a table…

 I saw these on Pinterest and I really liked certain aspects of each of them…

  
 I’ve also been wanting to put fabric over the outlets to make them a little more interesting, but every time I get to a fabric store, I forget to look for a cool pattern to use…

  
 Allen and I both like how this guy removed one of the seats of the couch and put an end table in its place…

 And I’ve yet to get this sticker all the way off the dryer!…

 Then yesterday I discovered Stumbleupon. It’s another rabbit hole (almost) as bad as Pinterest! Oh my…

 I think I’m overloaded with ideas and I may need to pull it back a touch so I can actually focus on one project at a time and get something finished! Anyone else have this problem??

  1. You’ve shown some really great ideas. I did the peel n stick tile in my RV and love it. I’ve had to pull back on Pinterest. After reupholstering my dinette chairs, I wanted to start in on window treatments, but my husband said enough for now. The DIY’s can be addicting.

  2. I can’t spend much time on Pinterest…..I get sucked in to ALL THE THINGS I WANT TO MAKE and just start to get overwhelmed. That backsplash is really cool though! It would be easy, relatively inexpensive and it wouldn’t take up space (like the spool table might).
